Postal mail and local delivery policies

For any online orders please make sure you reserve the for your most desirable option within the different delivery dates at check out. Please kindly leave your phone number and email as DHL would need it or if we deliver it personally we would also need it. Many thanks. 

Please always check the available delivery time frames at check out for all orders. We send out the deliveries between Tuesday - Thursday, weekly once. So it should all arrive by Friday, or latest will be sent out with next week delivery batch. 
 For larger orders please contact us in advance so we can prepare accordingly ( aka weddings or life celebrations) and give you a special price. 

You can always contact us if you need the cheeses before the shown delivery time frames and we will see what we can do, however we can’t promise we can sort all situations. 

For deliveries we use the DHL next day service, this sometimes takes 48h however our boxes are insulated and equipped with ice.
Please make sure you are going to be home that day to receive the package since the items are perishable and DHL is not allowing officially their drivers to leave them on porches etc. 

We cannot be held responsible for non delivered packages if there was nobody to receive it at the shipping address.
